How delivery works
Once you place an order, we call or WhatsApp you on the number you gave to confirm your address, the delivery cost and a delivery time. Nothing is dispatched until you have confirmed.
- Within Nairobi, orders are delivered the same day.
- Elsewhere in Kenya, orders arrive within 24 to 48 hours.
- Delivery cost depends on your location and is agreed with you before dispatch.
- You can also collect your order from our shop on Olenguruone Avenue, Kileleshwa. Choose pickup at checkout.
Paying for your order
You pay when your order reaches you, or when you collect it, with Mpesa or cash. Please check your parcel when it arrives.
Damaged or incorrect items
We take care packing every bottle. If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone on +254 799 990822 within 48 hours of delivery. Share your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement.
Changing or cancelling an order
If you change your mind before your order is dispatched, message us and we will update or cancel it.
