How do I place an order?
Add perfumes to your bag, go to checkout and enter your name, phone number and delivery address. We call or WhatsApp you to confirm the delivery time and cost.
Do you deliver across Nairobi and Kenya?
Yes. We deliver the same day within Nairobi and across Kenya within 24 to 48 hours.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on where you are. We confirm the cost with you on the phone before your order is sent.
How do I pay?
With Mpesa or cash when your order is delivered, or when you collect it from our shop in Kileleshwa.
Can I collect my order?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect from Olenguruone Avenue, Kileleshwa, once we confirm it is ready.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If your package arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone within 48 hours and we will replace it.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat to protect the notes and help it last.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you see all your orders and saves your address for next time.
