These terms apply to orders placed on artscent.co.ke with ArtScent, Olenguruone Avenue, Kileleshwa, Nairobi. By placing an order you accept them.
1. Prices
All prices are in Kenya Shillings and are shown as they are in our shop at the time you order. Delivery is charged separately and agreed with you before dispatch.
2. Your order
When you place an order you receive an order number. Your order is confirmed when we contact you to agree the delivery details. If a product becomes unavailable before we confirm, we will tell you and you will not be charged for it.
3. Payment
You pay on delivery or collection by Mpesa or cash. We may decline to hand over an order that has not been paid.
4. Delivery
We aim to deliver the same day within Nairobi and within 24 to 48 hours elsewhere in Kenya. Times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather or courier delays. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel at the address you give.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it. See delivery and returns for details. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
6. Using fragrance
Perfume contains alcohol and fragrance ingredients. Test on a small area of skin first if you have sensitive skin, keep it away from eyes, flames and children, and stop using it if irritation occurs.
7. Accounts
Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
